SAGO Research, Evaluation and Consultancy

Every organisation changes amongst others because its environment changes. The continuous attuning of structures, processes, functions and competencies within the organization to internal and external challenges is what organizational development is about.

In recent years SAGO Research has been asked several times to provide support to processes that focus on organizational development in non-governmental organizations. Despite its focus on evaluation and research during the last decade, this kind of work is no unfamiliar for SAGO Research. In the period 1990-2002, Dominique Danau was intensively involved in reorganisation processes and organization development at government departments in Flanders (Belgium).
